Counselor, LCPC, ADHD-CC

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in AZ, IL, NV, & UT. I specialize in working with driven individuals who are looking to improve day to day life. I work with people with ADHD or impacted by ADHD through relationships. Ideal clients are looking for help trying to gain understanding of themselves. Together we can navigate how your brain may be impacting your behavior and relationships. ADHD often does not appear alone and cooccurring disorders are sometimes best treated by understanding the impact of the ADHD. Goal setting is key. It is important to be collaborative in establishing goals so you feel invested in them. I have an eclectic approach and really try to meet my clients where they are at. I put a lot of focus on how executive functions are having impact and I use motivational interviewing to see how you may be standing in your own way. I encourage people that are struggling to get to the next level to reach out for some help. Oftentimes it is not easy to see the roadblocks without an outside perspective. I love to assist my clients in discovering and accepting all parts of themselves and using them to their advantage.
