Life presents challenges to us, some are expected while some catch us off guard. Maybe you're a new mom, feeling overwhelmed by the demands and transition of motherhood, a parent feeling stretched thin and struggling to balance it all, or perhaps you are struggling with concerns around work, school or relationship issues. My goal is to support your journey as you move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. I have a general psychotherapy practice treating adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychological concerns and problems. I also have special training in the treatment of postpartum depression/anxiety, miscarriage, grief & loss, infertility, and NICU babies. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and trauma-based perspectives. I have advanced training through Postpartum Support International to help women and parents struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. 1 in 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads suffer from postpartum depression and many suffer in silence.
