I am currently a MFT State Intern working at Maternal Minds Counseling. Have you ever felt stuck but didn't know which direction to go to move forward? Life can be difficult and stressful with lots of uncertainty. My goal is to help you find ways to feel unstuck and start moving forward. After experiencing a pregnancy loss and having a rainbow baby myself, I understand the pain, worries, excitement and sadness that comes with every step. I hope to be a support and guide for others going on their own journey of life. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to come up with solutions and coping skills unique to them. I support clients and assist them in understanding their emotions and find ways to gain control over them. I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and options while giving clients resources and added knowledge.
