My name is Amanda Ware, I am a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker in private practice in the state of California and Nevada. I have been practicing as a social worker for 20 years. I began my clinical experience working in the outpatient setting with children and adolescents who were products of the child welfare system. Most recently I have been employed as a school-based therapist providing therapy to adolescents in the academic environment. I am very passionate about Women's issues and Adolescent mental health issues. I offer both evening, weekend and Telehealth appointments. I provide individual therapy for a multitude of issues including depression, anxiety, mood issues, self esteem, life transitions, parenting issues, marital challenges, family stressors, work related stressors, and grief. Sessions focus on identifying and processing feelings, developing coping skills, building self esteem, developing self care routines, and increasing communication skills.
