Our clinical staff has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults. Using an approach that is both supportive and goal directed, we focus on meeting clients where they are, helping them work through past trauma, identifying areas of skill development, and setting goals to create their best lives. Whether going from homeless and jobless to stable housing and employment, or achieving peak performance as a professional athlete, our practice is inclusive, warm, and welcoming. We offer in office and telehealth services to support the health and safety of our clients and staff.
