I work with teens (12+ older), adults and am particularly passionate about addressing trauma and abuse (sexual, physical and/or emotional). I believe that you are the expert on your life and your experiences. But I do also know how helpful it can be to have someone guide and provide resources to better navigate your life’s ups and downs. I work hard to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable in our sessions together, and confident that the therapy space is one that fosters growth.
