I graduated from South University in Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families, I use strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy. I have years of expertise treating serious mental health problems, trauma, and addictions.
