Janel Sabori-Wood, LCSW I have been in the mental health field of almost 14 years. I have worked with individuals, groups, and couples who have struggled with a variety of different diagnoses. I am the most comfortable treating clients who struggle with anxiety and depression. However, I am also comfortable working with those who struggle with Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and PTSD. I commonly use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered, and ACT therapeutic approaches however I use approaches that work best for the client.
