**Telehealth only. At this time my practice is limited to patients that have been seen in office within the past 18 months. However, I have three wonderful colleagues working in my office who are accepting new patients.** I believe that human beings have an incredible capacity to adapt to extremely difficult situations, but sometimes old coping strategies do not work in new situations. This is particularly true with adults suffering from symptoms related to childhood trauma, and those who have had to "mask" due to neurodivergent experience. Using evidenced based treatment, I work with adults and couples to create their best lives.
