This practice is intended to provide clients a motivational and affirming experience as they choose Outcomes they wish to achieve. The intention is to help clients demonstrate resilience as they learn new ways to effect positive change in their lives. My approach is engagement, exploration and success. Success is reaching the Outcomes YOU set for yourself. Once you have in mind a basic idea of where you want to be, you will begin to move toward it.
