I believe one should not feel alone when struggling to cope with daily problems and/or mental illness. My therapeutic approach is integrative including a psychodynamic and client-centered approach. I use a multicultural framework for learning about clients' values, cultural background, and the circumstances that influence their lives. I see clients as experts on their own lives and collaboratively set treatment goals for making wanted changes. I work to create a warm and safe therapeutic environment, and tailor therapy to meet the needs of each unique client.
