Hi, my name is Kelsey. I am a trauma informed clinician who will partner with you in creating a personal path to peace and self-acceptance. Having been trained in Complex Trauma, Brainspotting (BSP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment and Mindfulness, I am able to adapt my practice to each person’s needs. My life’s work is focused on supporting others in finding their value, gaining emotional regulation, and processing trauma and life stressors.
