My name is Kristy Peters. While everyone’s journey may be different, I believe we all strive for peace of mind. As a result, I am dedicated to helping people find their balance through a therapeutic and collaborative approach. I work with teens and adults who wish to address their struggles, which may include anxiety, stress, immuno-disorders, substance use, and who are of various backgrounds. Together, we will use different techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, as a way to strive for wellness.
