I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, relational issues, and many other areas of concern. I predominantly use EMDR, EFT, and mindfulness approaches to guide clients towards healing and peace. I am currently obtaining training in Parts and Memory.
