My goal is to facilitate a secure environment that allows my clients to feel safe and supported. My approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed. I recognize that each experience of trauma is unique, so I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs and goals.
