As a Clinical Social Work Intern with Brighter Tomorrow Counseling Services, I specialize in working with adults treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) including sexual trauma and survivors of suicide loss. I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to guide my clients to process their experiences and decrease their symptoms. I am officially trained in the CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) Approach to help clients looking to management thoughts of suicide.
