Henderson, NV 89074Henderson, NV 89074

Originally from New England, Matt has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for the last 18 years. His experiences in the healthcare field showed him the need for mental health professionals for minority populations and led him to pursue his Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Matt works from a collaborative approach, believing that client and therapist are equal in the therapeutic relationship. He utilizes modalities including narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Gestalt therapy. As a member of an underserved minority population, Matt understands the need for a safe and welcoming environment in which clients can feel comfortable to be themselves. He specializes in supporting individuals in LGBTQIA+ communities and those in non-traditional relationships and works from a kink and sex positive perspective. In his free time, you can find Matt gaming, reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, and playing with his two dogs. His recent endeavors include learning to bake and taking up a second language.
