The beauty of our minds is amazing, however, we can also be enslaved by our minds as well. This enslavement can be in the form of an addiction to drugs and alcohol which often times we walk through that door and want to get out, we shake that knob in desperation but there is no way out. As a result, we feel hopeless and just stuck. Mental health issues are the same as well and often times we suffer in silence as a result of it. It is time to stop the suffering.
