Welcome! What my goal to focus on most as a therapist is to guide people of all backgrounds to a place of peace and acceptance. The importance of understanding our emotions and past experiences is what I enjoy to concentrate on during sessions. Life transitions and trauma is where my expertise and interest lie. I have experience working with children who struggle with behavioral issues such as anger control and academic issues. I also love working with adults who are going through life transitions as well as past traumatic experiences. Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) is my main theory of choice.
