I provide individual therapy to older adolescents and adults of all ages. I am drawn to working with individuals who want to resolve issues stemming from childhood and or adult trauma adversities. The areas I most work with are trauma and somatic related disorders, depression, mood and schizoaffective disorders, ADHD and learning difficulties, interpersonal relationship skills, narcissistic abuse, phase of life issues, and spiritual concerns/issues. Furthermore, I am passionate to assist individuals who are suffering with health issues, traumatic brain injury, and strokes to overcome mental and physical barriers.
