I work with adults, adolescents, and children (including individuals, couples, and families) on a variety of challenges including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationships distress, behavioral challenges, trauma, PTSD, and personality disorders. My specialty is in healing past trauma including physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, loss, etc. I am comfortable working with serious challenges. More than anything, I enjoy helping people get "unstuck" so you can heal and live the life you deserve.
