I believe our everyday lives involve psychology and show us that our minds have extraordinary abilities. I want to know what fills the pages of someone's story and how they got to where they are today. Everybody needs support and comfort, especially at a time where they feel they are at their lowest. I believe when people talk, they begin to realize things about themselves that they didn't know they had within them, whether they are the things they want to leave behind or the things they want to use to propel them forward. I am passionate about people and helping them on their wellness journey, whatever that may look like for them.
