I've worked in the mental health field for over 30 years and have extensive experience assisting people struggling with personal challenges and life stressors. My areas of experience are grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce adjustment, work stress, codependency, inner child healing, boundaries/assertiveness skills, victims of abuse, loss/grief with narcissistic parents/relationships, and gay/lesbian concerns. I'm a seasoned therapist who has worked for nonprofit agencies, treatment programs, and psychiatric hospitals. In addition to my private practice, I worked for 16 years for Nevada child welfare government agencies providing therapy and mental health evaluations for abused children and their families. I've operated my practice since 2000. I provide a warm and empathetic counseling environment for clients to assist them in improving their lives and emotional well-being.
