I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate through life's challenges, such as relationship issues, communication difficulties, depression, and anxiety. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their unique circumstances and relationship dynamics. As a marriage and family therapist intern, I continue to pursue ongoing professional development, and supervision to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. I have training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for Couples’ Therapy.
