['[', '[', '[', Being vulnerable is a strength that allows you to open doors you once thought were closed. Making the choice to attend therapy takes courage and that courage will drive you to create change within your life. Attending therapy can be a vulnerable setting, but I strive to make warm and genuine connections with my clients. I will do this by highlighting your strengths and creating awareness with tools that will help foster change within your journey I practice attachment theory, experiential approaches, and I am trained in EMDR. I will help you process trauma, identify how emotions were taught and how attachments were made in your past, and how it may be informing your future. I will intuitively walk alongside you while validating your strengths, and provide re-frames within your journey. I am a therapist who takes a feministic approach and is knowledgeable about children and adolescents, spirituality, mindfulness, consensual non-monogamy, sex work, kink-positive, and is very social justice oriented. “When we deny our stories, they define us. When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.” - Brene Brown.
